Group Rate Policies

Group rates are available for three or more participants representing the same organization.

Three (3) participants from the same organization/agency may request a 5% discount per person on registration fees
Four (4) or more participants from the same organization/agency may request a 10% discount per person on registration fees

All members of a group must register at the same time to receive a discount. Registration forms for all members of the group are to be submitted as a single packet and the specific group name should be clearly indicated on each registration form.

Discounts do not apply to registrations postmarked or faxed after June 22.
